Alumnae membership in Alpha Gamma Delta offers continued opportunities for leadership, service and long-lasting friendships.
The Adopt-A-Chapter Program provides alumnae support to collegiate chapters that do not have the benefit of a local alumnae chapter/club. Through the Adopt-A-Chapter Program, an alumnae group is officially paired with a collegiate chapter and encouraged to provide whatever level of support their resources allow. If your group is interested in participating in the Adopt-A-Chapter program, contact the Fraternity Programs Team to begin the process or for more information.
Alumnae groups host educational meetings and philanthropic events, as well as provide the chance of meeting new sisters and staying active in the Fraternity. Use the chapter locator to find an Alumnae Chapter or Club near you!
The Alpha Gam Book Club is an opportunity to enjoy books, build community and explore themes relevant and important to modern women. Over the course of the year, we’ll read, talk, learn and join together with sisters locally and virtually. Each month’s book will address a common theme for women—family, friendship, our values and our challenges. By exploring these themes, we’ll get to know ourselves and our sisters, and we’ll have a fun connecting along the way! Each month a new book is posted to the Facebook group where you can participate in discussions online. Click here to join the Alpha Gam Book Club.
The Junior Circle program is designed to be an easy, casual and fun way for young alumnae to enjoy the benefits of sisterhood without the structure associated with an alumnae chapter/club. Junior Circle provides an opportunity for further sisterhood, networking and participation in a relaxed setting. As life beyond college can seem overwhelming and intimidating at first, sisters transitioning from collegiate life into the life-long alumnae experience are especially welcome. For information on Junior Circles in your area, contact us here.
Support an extraordinary group of Alpha Gamma Deltas by becoming a Pearl Sister! For future extension efforts we will be looking for alumnae to become Pearl Sisters. We will match each new member up with an alumna volunteer who will encourage her throughout her new member period. Pearl Sisters do not need to live close to the provisional chapter in order to participate. This is a great opportunity to convey that an Alpha Gam sister is always close! Sign up here.
The Rose Sister Program is a virtual alumnae group created to reach out to Alpha Gamma Delta sisters who live in areas where no organized alumnae or collegiate groups exist. Rose Sisters live throughout the world and connect online through a Facebook page. The Rose Sisters plan several online activities to encourage participation and keep members connected to the Fraternity. Contact the Director of Fraternity Programs for more information.
A program designed to introduce girls and young women to the sisterhood of Alpha Gamma Delta through fun activities and community service. The Rosebud Program is for Alpha Gamma Delta members, their daughters and other young family members and friends. Rosebud groups are formed by a group of members living in the same geographic area and are often associated with an alumnae chapter/club. Organizers regularly plan activities and community service events age-appropriate for all participants.
