Dr. Corey Seemiller
Dr. Corey Seemiller is the co-author of Generation Z Goes to College and Generation Z Leads—guides for college administrators and educators to prepare for the upcoming, new generation. Seemiller delivered a TED Talk on Generation Z and their plans to make a difference in the world in October 2017 at TedxDayton.
She has worked in higher education for more than 20 years. With the last four being directly with Generation Z students. She is a faculty member at Wright State University in the Department of Leadership Studies in Education and Organizations. She teaches undergraduate courses in organizational leadership and graduate courses in leadership development. Dr. Seemiller is also the author of The Student Leadership Competencies Guidebook.
Dr. Daryl Cioffi
Daryl Cioffi, LMHC is the innovative and modern-day wellness doyenne who is reshaping corporate and academic visions of wellness. As founder of her private practice, Polaris Counseling & Consulting, Cioffi has harnessed her vision to empower individuals in becoming "well beings" into a practice and company that inspires purposeful changes in revolutionary ways.
Cioffi has undoubtedly made her mark, as a best-selling author, Ivy League research scholar, professor of neuropsychology and nationally recognized radio and print expert on wellness in the Huffington Post, Medical Daily and Social Work Today, Cioffi continues to spread her vision of wellness to individuals, corporations, and institutions of higher education
throughout the country.
Jessica Gendron Williams
Jessica Gendron Williams serves as the CEO of Phired Up Productions, Innova Marketing and TechniPhi. Within the fraternity/sorority industry, Jessica has established herself as a thought leader, a growth expert, a culture changer, and a bold example of sorority in practice.
She earned her undergraduate degree in design from Eastern Illinois, and holds a Master’s in Higher Education from Indiana University. She’s a member of Alpha Sigma Tau, where she got her professional career started as a traveling consultant. She’s a co-author of two books for the fraternity/sorority world. Jessica has also authored some of the most highly read blog posts on fraternity/sorority life over the past several years.
Since 2006, Jessica has been dedicated to helping fraternities and sororities grow as one of the most sought after speakers in the industry, as the leader of a marketing company, a technology company, and an education company, and as a sorority woman who cares deeply about our movement and especially the power of the sorority experience.
Dr. Gentry McCreary
Consultant, speaker, researcher and author Dr. Gentry McCreary is the CEO and managing partner of Dyad Strategies, LLC, an assessment and applied research firm specializing in working with fraternity and sorority communities. Gentry is also an affiliated consultant with the NCHERM Group LLC, a higher education risk management firm, where he works with college campuses on hazing prevention, investigation and adjudication.
Gentry worked in higher education for more than 10 years, most recently serving as the Associate Dean of Students/Deputy Title IX Coordinator at the University of West Florida. Previously, he served as the Director of Greek Affairs at the University of Alabama, during a time in which that fraternity/sorority community became the largest in the United States. He speaks and writes on topics related to higher education, hazing, fraternities and sororities, and student development.

There are two parking options at the hotel: valet parking for $39 per vehicle, per night and self-parking for $33 per vehicle, per night. Since the hotel is in downtown Indianapolis, there may be other less expensive parking opportunities within walking distance.
Friday and Sunday are “travel days,” so dress comfortably. “Snappy casual” is appropriate for both Friday and Sunday, meaning denim jeans and a nice top are appropriate for these days. We do ask that you dress in business casual on Saturday as we will be taking professional head shots. Once formal programming has concluded each evening, you may change into more comfortable attire prior to informal events and networking.
