Talent Multipliers are behavioral competencies that members gain through involvement with Alpha Gamma Delta as new members, collegians, collegiate officers, alumnae and alumnae volunteers. They include relationships, critical thinking, responsibility, leadership and growth. While these multipliers stay the same, they are evidenced by different behaviors at each stage of Fraternity membership and involvement, becoming more advanced as a member progresses through each stage of membership.
We are grateful for the valuable skills and expertise that so many sisters willingly share with the Fraternity and want the experience to be equally meaningful in return. By providing volunteers with expectations, feedback and opportunities for leadership growth, we are able to ensure a more rewarding experience.
