Pearl Sisters are alumnae members who serve as mentors to new members at our provisional chapters. New members of these chapters don’t have “Sister-Mothers” because there are no older initiated members yet in their chapter, so Pearl Sisters can help fill that role. This relationship is very similar to a pen pal or alum chum program, so you do not need to live close to the provisional chapter to participate.
What to expect as an Alumna Pearl Sister:
- Weekly emails from IHQ providing provisional chapter updates
- Suggested weekly prompts to reach out to your pearl sister about
- 10 percent off promo code to send your Pearl Sister a gift from the Alpha Gam Boutique
- An invitation to the provisional chapter’s Initiation and Installation weekend festivities
- Access to the provisional chapter calendar
- Care package options from the Alpha Gam Boutique to give to your Pearl Sister.
Alpha Gamma Delta is not currently participating in the extension process. Check back in 2022 for any updates.
