TALENT OF LEADERSHIP NOMINATION FORM

The Talent of Leadership Award is presented to alumnae who exemplify the best of Alpha Gamma Delta through their contributions to their professions or to their local communities. This award is not for contributions to Alpha Gamma Delta. Nominations can be made by an alumnae chapter or club, a collegiate chapter or by an individual member of the Fraternity. Recipients are selected by International Council and the award is presented at IRD or other local celebrations. Please supply all of the following requested information and attach any supplemental material that will demonstrate the achievements of the nominee. This may include a resume, newspaper clippings, website information or any other available information. Please include a photograph of the nominee. Nominations are due by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 1.
