TALENT OF LEADERSHIP NOMINATION FORM

The Talent of Leadership Award is presented to alumnae who exemplify the best of Alpha Gamma Delta through their contributions to their professions and to their local communities. Nominations can be made by an alumnae chapter or club, a collegiate chapter or by an individual member of the Fraternity. Awardees are selected by International Council and the award is presented at IRD or other local celebration. Please supply all of the following requested information. Please attach any supplemental material that will demonstrate the achievements of the nominee. This may include a resume, newspaper clippings, website information or any other available information.
