Pearl Sisters are alumnae members who serve as mentors to new members at our newest chapters. New members of these chapters don’t have “Big Sisters,” so Pearl Sisters help fill that role. While close proximity to the chapter is preferred, this relationship can also function remotely.
What can you expect as a Pearl Sister?
- A list of suggestions on how to engage your Pearl Sister
- Frequent updates on how the chapter is doing
- All Pearl Sisters are asked to purchase the designated “Pearl Pack” gift from the Alpha Gam Boutique (~$50) and it will ship directly to the New Member
- An invitation to attend the Chapter’s Installation weekend activities
When do we need Pearl Sisters?
We utilize Pearl Sisters for new or re-establishing chapters. As future extension efforts are realized, we will post the opportunity to serve as a Pearl Sister.
