Alpha Gamma Delta Leadership Consultants
Alpha Gamma Delta's Leadership Consultants are trained to support and challenge our chapters and are excited to promote the latest initiatives of the Fraternity. After graduation, Leadership Consultants (or LCs) spend the summer at International Headquarters and receive training in all operational areas of the Fraternity, in addition to leadership development, facilitation and public speaking, coaching, change management and more!
An LC may represent the Fraternity as a road warrior working with a different chapter each week, as a stationed consultant providing consistent support to a chapter or as an extension consultant recruiting and supporting a new provisional chapter. LCs are fortunate to be starting their professional careers by working for the Fraternity that they are familiar with and passionate about!
- Coach and guide collegiate members
