THE LEADERSHAPE INSTITUTE

The LeaderShape Institute is a four day educational experience designed to give young adults the means to become extraordinary leaders. The mission of LeaderShape is to transform the world by increasing the number of people who lead with integrity and a healthy disregard for the impossible. Participants don't come to LeaderShape to learn how to run effective meetings or get elected to office - they come to learn how to change the world by working toward a vision that is grounded in their deepest values. It is a dynamic, challenging and exciting week that inspires and impacts not only the participants, but the communities and organizations they will go on to lead. Visit AFLV LeaderShape to learn more.

UIFI

UIFI is a five day institute that brings together Greek men and women from across North America to explore, define and enhance their leadership skills, personal awareness and commitment to their fraternity or sorority and grow to expect values based action from themselves and those they lead. Participants must be willing to discuss how they are living their Ritual, debate the issues that threaten the future of Greek life and develop a plan of action to make a positive change within their respective organization. Several sessions in Bloomington, Indiana, are available through May, June and July.
