Volunteer Service Team Structure Changes

On the recommendation of the Volunteer Service Team Structure Task Force, International Council has added several new positions to the VST structure in order to more fully support our strategic goals of Membership Growth and Development and Improved Fraternity Management, including our commitment to producing the best Fraternity leadership possible.
 
The position of New Chapter Development Coordinator has been split, creating two new positions: Director of Extension and Director of New Chapter Development. Splitting these functions will allow these volunteers to provide the intensive support needed for successful extension efforts, new colonies and new chapters with director level accountability. Also added to this team is an Alumnae Development Specialist-Extension who will focus solely on the extensive alumnae recruitment involved in beginning and sustaining a new chapter.

Regional Recruitment Coordinators and Regional Finance Coordinators have been added to provide an added level of support and experience for our collegiate chapters and the specialists who assist them. This will also provide volunteers with new leadership development opportunities.

VST Structure Position Additions-The following members have been re-assigned from their previous positions to the new structure positions.
