Alpha Gamma Delta is currently seeking qualified candidates to serve in the following open staff positions at International Headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana:

Executive Director
Alpha Gamma Delta women’s fraternity is seeking a dynamic, experienced leader to direct and administer programs, operations, policies; supervise professional staff and manage a multi-million dollar budget.  Must have a minimum of four years senior management experience (nonprofit or related area preferred); excellent financial management skills; outstanding written/oral/interpersonal communications skills; plus planning, organizational and analytical skills.  BS or BA required.  Ability to travel required. Click here to view a complete job description for the Executive Director. Property Manager
Responsible for the overall maintenance and day-to-day operations of International Headquarters. Responsible for the negotiation of International Headquarters contracts, procurement of all business equipment, including computer network and database. Serve as the liaison to fraternity owned properties. Bachelor’s degree and experience in network and property management preferred.  Project management and supervising experience helpful. Chapter Services Coordinator         
Work with collegiate chapters via phone and e-mail, compile and distribute reports, coordinate fraternity-sponsored programs, maintain/monitor chapter files and perform other general office duties. Bachelor’s degree and customer service experience preferred.
