Leadership Consultants and Leadership Advisors are educators for the Fraternity. They travel to chapters across North America, teaching our collegians about Fraternity policies and procedures, as well as providing them with resources, programming and ideas to improve their individual collegiate chapters.

Enhance

Leadership Consultants and Advisors play a vital role in enhancing our collegiate chapters. Many Alpha Gam collegians are already making an impact on their college campuses. The Leadership Team helps these chapters build upon their existing strengths and gives them tips for improvement in many areas, including scholarship, sisterhood and recruitment.

Empower

One of the most important things a Leadership Consultant/Advisor provides to her chapters is the motivation to continue the growth of the Fraternity. By encouraging Alpha Gam collegians to work hard and providing them with positive feedback, the Leadership Team empowers our collegiate chapters reach their full potential.
