Strategic Plan

During a weekend work session held in Indianapolis, 17 volunteers, including four members of International Council, and three members of the International Headquarters staff spent long hours developing objectives and action steps for the Fraternitys Strategic Plan. Strategic Plan Work Group Chairmen Dee Dupree Bennett, Laurie Vesalo and Penny Saunders Eilert each then finalized a draft for their part of the plan and submitted it to International Council for review and discussion. International Council approved the Strategic Plan during its February 2006 meeting.

The three strategic areas of focus in the Strategic Plan remain: Fraternity Management, The Collegiate Experience and Membership Growth and Development. Each work group is now finalizing action steps, including the resources and time necessary to complete them. Work is under way.
